If you have a health insurance plan for which our clinic is not considered an in-network provider, you may be able to take advantage of using out-of-network benefits. One of our dedicated Patient Services staff can help you with guidance on how you can find out about your out-of-network benefits and use them to receive services at our clinic.
Benefits & Coverage
It is extremely important to understand your healthcare plan coverage, including copay, deductible amounts, out of pocket maximums, and visit limitations. Please be aware that while your healthcare plan may have benefits for therapy services, many plans have specific restrictions or exclusions that may affect your coverage. As the client, you remain responsible for notifying the office of changes in insurance coverage or plans prior to the effective date of change. It is also your obligation to monitor number of visits, deductible amounts, plan coverage changes, and claims for accuracy.
