TLP® Program
The TLP® Program is a customized program of psycho-acoustically altered music for in-home use that comes pre-programmed on either an iPod or CDs. The music is delivered via high quality headphones. Clients participate by listening for 15 to 30 minutes, 5 days per week in the comfort of home for 10 to 20 weeks per level.
The client purchases the program and equipment through consultation with the TLP® certified provider. Once the ordered product is received by the Speech & Language Center at Stone Oak, a short consultation with the TLP® certified provider is scheduled to familiarize the client with the product and answer questions about the program schedule.
There is no charge for brief, initial telephone discussion with the TLP® certified provider to inquire about a client’s readiness for the program or answer questions about the product.
