Insurance
For Provider Information:
Call the Business Office for details at (210) 495-9944.

Billing:
In-Network: Claims filed electronically.

Out-of-Network: Superbill receipts provided for filing with policyholder’s claims.

Patient Financial Responsibility: Guarantor remains financially responsible for payment of all services provided, including all non-covered charges under the patient’s health plan, and/or any out-of-pocket fees.

Note: Guarantors may elect to sign a credit card authorization form to be kept on file that would authorize collection of payment for these charges.

Call and discuss your concern with our staff, who are trained to respond to your questions.

The answer depends upon your health plan. Our Insurance Coordinator can assist you in verifying your benefits and coverage.

Do I need a referral or prescription for services?

Anyone can refer a patient for services. It is not necessary to have a written referral or prescription in order to receive services.

Q4:
Is there a waiting list for treatment services?

No. The schedule is subject to frequent changes. Some appointment times, such as after school, are always in high demand.

Q5:
How long will treatment be needed?

A5:
This varies with the type and severity of the problem. SLPs can advise you about your specific situation. Most clients see positive results in a very short time.
