The Speech & Language Center at Stone Oak is a private practice of speech-language pathologists located within the Stone Oak community. The Center offers evaluation and treatment services for children and adults with communication problems. In addition to speech services, the Center offers treatment for pediatric patients with feeding problems. Other supplemental services include individual reading support programs offered year round and The Listening Program®.
Founded in 1998 by speech-language pathologist, Barbara A. Samfield, MA-CCC/SLP, the Speech & Language Center at Stone Oak was the first private speech center established in the Stone Oak medical community. In 2004, the Center moved into its current medical office space at 19272 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 108.
